What are remainders?
Remainders are books which publishers sell off in bulk when the rate at which they are selling no longer justifies their place on warehouse shelves. This usually happens a few years after publication, but can occur more quickly. Most books are eventually remaindered. We offer you the opportunity to have the latest selection of books delivered to your library, and left there for a few days. We deliver the books, and pick them up again (obligation free). The selections consist of two boxes of non fiction titles, and a third box of picture books and novels. Each displays the original price and the reduced price (incl. GST). The readers are not levelled, however, every reader listing on our site displays an image of the front cover of the book, as well as an inside page. Throughout the year we look for suitable books for end of year prizes. They tend to be expensive and difficult to find. However, by the beginning of the fourth school term, we have a good selection of prize books available at reasonable prices.
